Receptionists very helpful over phone with query Appointment offered great due to travelling by bus Clientician advised items to help with upkeep of earing aids. Problem solved with no bother. Once again excellent service

[name removed] is very polite, explaining and listening well and seems to genuinely care for his patients.

Examination room is overheated. Apparently heating can't be regulated individually. Installing thermostats would save the NHS money in the long run and make staff & patients more comfortable.

These type of meetings should be arranged earlier during patients’ problems so that lot of NHS money and time is saved and patients are well informed and warned of implications for future!!!
