I had to wait over half an hour for a 9.30 am appointment
I was expecting to have to have to make an appointment to visit the hospital
But the air team came to my house 1 day
After I called.they were very kind and helpful.
From. The start I was treated courteously and I was convinced that my case was being taken seriously, as it should be.
I was delighted.
Was given all information clearly and drs were really nice and patient
The dietitian didn't seem to have the full details of my case history. I was newly diagnosed and had to wait around three month for my appointment in the meantime I had started to make changes and my last blood test showed that I was borderline coeliac. Wherein my doctor told me I was diagnosed with the disease and made the appointment for me to see a dietitian.
I saw a new doctor who explained everything to me. She listened to what I was saying.
The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Excellent support and advice received in understanding how to improve my diet and get back to my normal weight and improve my appetite
I left the hospital feeling reassured and listened to and valued.
