Professional courteous staff. Having a balance issue is very unsettling and both staff treated me with patience and complete understanding. I had full explanation at every stage of the procedures. A full plan was given regarding moving forward and prompt exercises to my email address for me to commence. Very kind and caring staff members.

I was seen promptly at my appointment. I met with the Consultant who explained my diagnosis and listened to my concerns and questions. She spent time to answer, explain and check that I was happy and understood her responses.

After 42 years of being type 1, this doctor questioned my diagnosis.
Now referring for blood tests to check if I’m diabetic.
Asked for drug my doctor wants to prescribe and told no and put on 800 calorie diet instead.
Ridiculous waste of my time
Does this consultant have any idea at all???
