Very Happy with my assessment and the explanations given by [name removed]. He set up the hearing aid for my specification but at the moment I felt the need was not there as my hearing in my left ear is good. However, should I change my mind, I could go back for a further assessment.

I think full explanations were given to me, as per current time and can always be referred back again should the need arise.
