The whole experience was good from booking in through to the examination with everything explained clearly by [name removed] . The environment was v clean and tidy .

When people attend a hospital they don’t want fuss , they want a calm environment with things explained clearly by staff that know what they are talking about in an easy to understand manner . This was my experience today .
