Overall care spoiled by poor communication from me over the go-ahead for the operation because of high blood pressure reading at my pre-op assessment. Also on my first day there were two agency nurses who were rude and very unhelpful. Otherwise my care was superb. I raised these issues at the time and hope appropriate action has been taken so that other patients do not suffer the same experiences
