Polite staff but takes too long waiting for assessment.
We are sorry you experienced a ‘long wait time’, and hope that once seen, you were provided with a high quality and responsive service which went some way to mitigating your dissatisfaction with their wait to be seen. As a service we are committed to meeting our contracted response times of one hour for urgent Accident and Emergency and emergency ward referrals, three hours for routine A&E referrals, and twenty-four hours for all other ward referrals. However, we understand that there will be occasions where waiting may be longer, for example, during periods of high referral rate or where there is a need to prioritise cases due to the severity of health or risk concerns identified. We would welcome feedback and enquiry from any patient who had to wait longer than they felt acceptable.

Staff were friendly and understanding.
Extremely good.
Today's care made me feel understand that trying to bury my feelings causes a knock-on effect when difficult situations arise in the present.
