Whilst difficult to address specific issues such as my disconnection with my feelings the exercises enable me to work through them and progress can be made. However, little, quite quickly. I appreciate the advice on further reading "living like you mean it".

This was a list visit for assessment following me hurting my back in the garden. I saw Jo, prior to that reception were friendly and welcoming. Giving me a drink as I was coughing.
A very thorough assessment was made. Great attention to detail. Even asked what I wanted from physio: Great, a combo of exercises (detailed notes) and future acupuncture.

The care received has been excellent. Only let down was Alister leaving and not knowing where I stood for a short time.
