Excellent support and always ready to listen and explain everything. Dealt with pain brilliantly.
I was made to feel safe.
Suggested improvements
Bathroom ( shower) could do with a little improvement such as additional grab rail, shelving which would be easy accessible for toiletries. Extra hooks in bathrooms to hang dressing gown and clothes etc.
