I was given excellent service. pat was very friendly and put me at ease, so I was able to talk to her about any problems that I am encountering. Her advice was greatly appreciated. i felt happier after chatting to Pat and felt more confident about my illness.

I was 100% satisfied with the service given and look forward to our next meeting.
