From the second of Moms admission the care gentleness, kindness and thoughtfulness given from the every member of staff was more than excellent. Such a calm and loving place. Gardens and wildlife are just perfect. Hugs on tap and made us all feel at home. We were all kept informed every step of the way of changes in mom and meds given. Staff were attentive to her needs such as finding out about her music and liked foods to add into the personal care plan. We couldn’t have wished for anything more for her end of life care. Family members were also taken care of which was wonderful too.
