The staff who took part in the sessions were professional, compassionate and sensitive to our plight. Information was presented in a relaxed and easy way.
The relaxation was very useful and I am using the techniques. Also coming to the venue 6 times made me less afraid of the word Hospice.
Suggested improvements
Possibly to encourage us to talk more about positive aspects of our lives before facing the future with a cancer diagnosis. This is meant as a positive not a criticism.
