I was very nervous of putting any weight on my bad leg when I arrived on Samases ward but was very quickly put at ease by the care, consideration and gentleness of all of the staff in physio. I was given all of the help and support I needed to get me an my fact again and with the confidence to begin walking again. It was good to be pushed a bit but also being listened to when I'd had enough.

Very friendly, thorough, professional.
I was made to feel at ease and that my personal goals and concerns were being considered.
There was also no wait for the appointment, which is very important when considering child care as often of hard to say how long I will be.
No need to improve anything, excellent care.

The physio was great thanks for getting me bark on my feet. A leg extension machine would be a great improvement in the gym.
But overall you do a wonderful job.
