Gaby was extremely good. she had a lovely manner about her. Some of the other physio's who were visited me on my last 2 trips to hospital could work on their bedside manner.
Norma is exceptionally professional and a credit to your service.

I feel past medical history should be taken into account as patient could be quite ill prior to being admitted and could have an adverse effect on their recovery.
