The exercises were easy to implement.
I feel positive that something is being done and I will feel the benefit moving forward, and confident that with Sara's input and gym referral will strengthen my shoulder muscles and lesson the discomfort.

Challenging but fun enjoyable but impossible sometimes.
Always encouraging.
All together, unforgettable.
Often too noisy in the gym. Hard to concentrate.
Lack of communication about time of sessions and cancellations.
