+ The outstanding kindness of all the staff.
- Why aren't all the answers to questions put on a computer so all staff can access them without the patient having to answer the same questions over + over again. A waste of nurses valuable time + paper.

John my therapist lights up the room with his smile and happy persona. He is excellent at putting you at ease and instructing. His instructions are clear and very helpful.
To be improved there is nothing I would say is needed. Very professional care.
