Seeing the same physiotherapist was brilliant for me, as I did not have to repeat my details to different people. This consistency meant that the whole time slot was used to full effect. Jenna was extremely warm and welcoming showing great care towards my condition and treatment (double mastectomy and caner). Her help and guidance helped me to reach my goal in the best possible time scale. As a bonus Jenna and I enjoyed our conversations as we had the same sense of humour. The girls on receptions were always very welcoming.
