Thank you for your comments and we are sorry that you feel you did not have enough time to talk about how you were feeling. The length of appointment given is based on the type of appointment. For example initial assessment will take longer than a review appointment. Psychological therapies also have quite fixed boundaries regarding the length of length of appointments. We will look again at whether this is the best approach.

Short of nurses.
Have to wait too long for toilet.

Thank you for your feedback. We are planning to undertake some additional auditing on response times to patient call bells to help determine if they are periods when it is more difficult for staff to provide a timely response to patients requesting assistance.
