The giving of relevant information in al way that helps you feel informed.
A remote for the TV would be good.

All the staff are kind, friendly and very helpful, including the cleaning staff and kitchen staff.
Food is lovely and plenty of it with a good choice.
When I came I was frightened but now I feel I will be able to reach my goal.

Some of the staff is very awful, some of them not, they are very helpful and kind.
Good - was food, some staff were good, some not.
Generally everything fine, just a few members of staff not been kind (always 1 or 2).
