The staff caring attitude to all patients. A couple of lower grade staff could do with realizing that being hospitalized does not mean you lose your brain!!

The care and friendliness of staff was second to none.

I have received excellent care on Hazelwood ward. Everyone willing to help at any time. All the staff are excellent.

More staff needed.
The staff are excellent but they do what they can, there is not enough of them, which does not give them enough time to spend with patient, not just with care, but also social talk. Very little food choice for IBS patients which is a big issue when you look forward to food.
