To have an ice machine that you can easily access to. They treat everyone, that is all staff from top down to everyone, they make us feel special. They are always willing to help above the call of duty which is very nice as we all have good day and bad and I would like to thank all the HCA and nurses for the special care they gave to me.

All staff are very skilled at what they do and have a deep understanding of the emotional effect the predicament of patients on this ward has.
The physios are fantastic!! Golden hands that encourage the maximum possible results of the day :-) and homework to stop us being bored :-).
