Physio was best I've ever seen in over 20 years. So encouraging. She looked at me and my issues as a whole and didn't just concentrate on the current issue.

I was treated with care and compassion - my appointment wasn't rushed which was ever so helpful, because so much poured out about the traumatic things I had been through just days before.

Try to offer appointments more quickly (from 1st point of contact with Integrated Hub) and commit to seeing patients on a regular basis if they need that level of support.

Good diabetes care whilst in dental surgery. I have been treated with dignity and respct. Shown empathy and kindness and all information about my gums and diabetes care. Being able to talk about my experiences with my care.
