Michael overcame my scepticism about a telephone consult. He explained why he was getting me to do things and was caring and professional throughout.
Pira was very kind and explained all that was discussed. I have learnt so much about the human brain and how to look after it, how to give it time out to recover from fatigue.
I am slowly developing a new way of living as before my accident my life was fast with very little down time or rest times. It is very strange having to find time to fit in rest times, lunch times or meal times with the day to allow the brain to recover from fatigue. I have found all the courses delivered through teams by the brain injury unit very useful and very easy to deal with as I didn't have to rely on anyone to drive me to meetings away from my home so this form of communication is definitely the way forward.
Please convey my thanks to all the staff, especially Helen who took valueable time to deliver the courses.

Despite the fact that all consultations were over the phone due to the pandemic, I received clear and easy to follow directions which allowed for an accurate assessment and treatment. Considering the circumstances, the physiotherapist, Mr Steve Kent, did an excellent job.
The service I have received from Vicki has changed my quality of life, I now have mobility and movement that I did not think would be possible without surgery.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for the care I have been provided with by Vicki.

When I was with Northampton Cambell house I was already under a SCM group and had a care coordinator. I was told by talking emergency crisis team 2 1/2 year ago I would get some help under welling borough as I would moved house but did not.
Thank you for your feedback - unfortunately due to Covid our psychology waiting list had been closed. We are working closely with the team to recovery this and looking at alternative therapies for our service users. We offer a daily duty systems where our service users can call for additional telephone support when needed.
