I gave my answer because I’m not at all supported, I get left in the dark and I have my appointments cancelled on me last minute, it takes over a month for somebody to review my medication and I never get any updates on my care. I never get told what’s happening. I also get put on ridiculous waiting lists for therapy I won’t benefit from and lastly it takes all of my family members and my boyfriend to ring up to get an outcome and for things to get sorted. Only when they threaten to take things further does anything get sorted. Not happy at all.

Suggested improvements
Ensure patients get the call backs they are promised. Don’t cancel appointments last minute. Keep your word about promises made to your patients. Update your patients on their care and plans moving forward. Stop putting them on waiting lists for things that they don’t/ won’t benefit from.
