Suggested improvements
Stop staff parking in patient parking only. Every time I attend there are spaces taken up by staff, I have cold, use O2 tank and had to walk to Abbey Block yet again.

I am really sorry this has happened. It is not acceptable. I have sent your comment to the manager for immediate action. If it happens again, ring PCART reception and they will sort it for you. Best wishes Hugh Jones, patient Experience Manager.
