Your rehab service is absolutely brilliant, with your nursing care, OT, and physiotherapy I was soon up and walking again, I am so pleased my ms nurse admitted me to Beechwood, I feel so more positive now.
Suggested improvements
Look into my back pain more and the doctors could have increased my patch more because as I said to him, I had been on a stronger patch in the past.

Thank you for your feedback. Our doctors review patient’s medication at least weekly and sometimes need to make changes or cannot accommodate patients requests due to contraindications with other medications, I am sorry that this was not explained to you adequately and I will raise this with our medical team.
