The care i have received so far has been nothing but helpful! While it felt long to get the process started, once we did begin i cannot fault anyone for anything. My faith has not been questioned or affected how i was treated.

Suggested improvements
So far i struggle to find a fault. Though i did feel like i was on the waiting list for ages. So if anything that, which i understand isnt always easy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Although I am pleased to hear that you have received good care so far, I am sorry that you had to wait a long time to access it. We are very aware that this is an issue within our service and have developed more group treatment programs to try to minimise the number of people waiting for one-to-one support, but appreciate that waiting times are still much longer than we would like for our service users.
