I've had great care can't say anymore. Toilet arrangements & waiting I put this down to staffing (not enough) Once or twice I've had to speak up about waiting

Thank you for your feedback. We are planning to undertake some additional auditing on response times to patient call bells to help determine if they are periods when it is more difficult for staff to provide a timely response to patients requesting assistance.
