That the manager and reception staff were great in hearing my distress. However the 'tough love' approach is not appropriate or liked remotely. In my case it should never be used as escalates at my problems and emotions.

Thank you for your feedback. Without knowing who this replaces to it is hard to reply specifically. I am sorry that this is your experience, and hoping that the ethos of the team will reflect that we do care, and want to provide good treatment for individuals who have a diagnosable mental health illness. If you wish to raise a concern to PALS or make a specific complaint, it will then get fed back to me to see what the situation is.
