Share review of Isebrook Hospital
I chased East Northants CMHT following a phone consultation as I was promised two things 1) that I would be sent an online questionnaire to help with my consultation, and 2) that someone would be in touch. I never received either of these things. I called to chase these items and I was assured I had been assigned to someone called ‘[name removed]’ and that they would be in touch with me that week. This was a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything regarding the next steps of my care. It really is no wonder people feel apprehensive to speak to their doctors about mental health if this is how they can expect to be treated.
