Most of the care received has been fantastic and the staff leave all been very attentive and very caring. Most of the staff could not have been better.

Suggested improvements
One member of night staff needs to work on bedside manor. Patients need to feel listened to end cared about, however this particular member of staff made me feel like and was about 5 years old and did not know what was been for my self bedside manor covid definitely be improved here.

Thank you for your review and kindly speaking to me regarding your concerns. Two areas where identified when you felt you were spoken to inappropriately, we discussed these and I explained that you had been asked appropriate questions to maintain your safety and ensure you were making informed choices, you agreed that you now understood why you were asked those questions however I am sorry that you were not given better explanation at the time and will discuss this at our next ward meeting.
