My nurse is very good but I have to travel to my department but need be in cardy as to far to come, I was told it be in carby when I was in hospital. My nurse has seen big change so cant change medication.

Have my department in carby as to far welling {} and kettingham is to far to. I don't want to got back to kettingham as didn't like it and my nurse seen big change in me as more calmer with department my doctors in carby so I like carby as scary to go back to kettingham be cause want happened there carby is my home ward rouse I told I have in carby.
