not sure which answer you are sskingb me about, it has been a great stay thank you, the staff are great, nice people doing a difficult job in a pandemic, having to wear masks only
Issue for us alll is the shortage of staff in all areas, hcas, OTs and physios

Had more staff too few exhausted careers worn out, exhausted but still keen to do their best

Thank you for your feedback. We endeavour to ensure adequate staffing to maintain patient safety and we are actively working to fill our vacancies. We review staffing levels on a regular basis.
