Was admitted onto ward 7 but was moved onto ward 6 due to lack of beds available, which is a male only ward. On turning up after my operation was cancelled last week also due to no beds. I was informed I should have phoned before coming even tho this appointment was made 48hrs ago and was informed to come straight into ward 7. Been on the waiting list for some time and have gone over the government 18wk guideline. However since been moved onto ward 6 I find the staff very helpful, polite, kind (Kim) the ward is clean also.
Everything from questioning to putting your mind at res, helping in every way to calm you down and easing your worries about what could be wrong with you
Staff are very friendly.
Nurses are very friendly, ward clean + tidy. Prompt care
All staff are very friendly, caring + helpfull, my experience could not have been improved.
Lovely nurses & doctors freindly and helpful.
The nusing staff, were warm and friendly. Did find it hard to sleep on the ward, lots of noise with bedpans being wash all night.
Had a long wait in the room to theatre from 2-20 until 4pm. But Donna was lovely.
