The nursing staff and auxillary staff are wonderful and of course the doctors. However very low staffing levels at night which is a concern for both staff and patients. Thurs (21st March) night was particularly bad for the staff and difficult for the patients too.

Nursing staff attentive but limited due to the workload. A good effort made by all staff to generate a positive atmosphere. Unfortunate lack of privacy to the individual and exposure to personal details/conditions/procedures of the patients. Busy ward and noiey at night making sleep more difficult. Food quality and delivery good (7.5/10). Doctor/surgeon support good, unfortunately lacks continuity. Overall experience 70% but final outcome not known yet!
