Everything was excellent with all staff, felt very respected and had everything explained to me when asked. Wouldn't have changed anything aside from maybe the fax machine Mat sends the menu orders down!

All the nursing staff where verry friendly and helpfull so where all the staff the consultants where helpfull and explained everything very well so that I could understand everything they were telling me.
