Nothing was too much trouble. I actually found the stay quite enjoyable.

NB: very noisy outside at night due to scaffolders throwing scaffolding down on the floor until 03.30am 25/4/13

Nurses all very helpful. Everything I needed to know /do was explained well. I was reassured all the time when I was scared of the op I was due to have. I cant think of any improvements, my stay was good due to the staff care

Everything has been nice nurses and doctors. Patient feels care at HRI is better than CHH
