(4 month old baby with rash)
V. good care management, communication & friendly and supportive, even when busy. e.g. nurse introduced herself and gave handshake. Offered support breaks/ drinks. Explained everything clearly. Kept me informed about the process. Asked if I needed anything.

Staff were very good & very good that I could stay overnight with my child.
Could be improved by having an emergency call button.

Staff really friendly and looked after my son well.
I understand how busy hospitals get but we were called to come straight in and then left waiting 8hrs to see a doctor. I found this very hard with a 12 week old baby.
