Was happy with the care and treatment my daughter recieved, do feel that refreshments should be offered to parents staying over as we got offered nothing, but appart from that was happy with everything else.

The nurses have all been fantastic could not do enough to help.
The time we had to wait to be seen by the doctor was disgraceful

24 hr support. Regular checks and timeliness for medication, meals & cleanliness.
Would prefer if communication between docs & staff was more efficient. I found myself repeating the same stuff many times. Doctors can be more compassionate

The nursing staff, and everyone else working on the ward were lovely and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
