The day staff were very helpful but it may be due to influx of paitencents in afternoon the night staff were slow at giving out medication when needed

Lovely caring helpful staff - nothing too much trouble -made me feel at ease and very kind and welcoming. Chair in room not very comfortable for sitting on as I was last on the list had a long wait.

I think service was good, good was hot and tasty and also we were encouraged to eat. Even though I felt ill and in some discomfort, they had a pleasant smile which made me feel better.
