Very clear and concise instructions as to which exercises and stretching to do.
Julian listened and came up with some easy to follow things to try.
A great manner and easy going attitude.
Hopefully leading to a continued improvement to 100% Recovery.

Laura is brilliant.
So knowledgeable and kind but assertive at the same time.
She fixed me, well showed me now to fix myself!
