Rob is very patient with me and explains everything simply and takes into account my previous surgical procedures. A really friendly man. Appointment times are very patient, friendly too. Have sufficient time at each appointment.

No improvements needed. Friendly staff on reception and my physio is/was too. Physio was also supportive and encouraging and set out a clear plan for the next steps in my treatment.

Review of Physiotherapy Outpatients - Rugby St Cross written by a patient

I was given the opportunity to explain my pains and concerns to the physiotherapist. Julian always listened, and gave me an explanation of what was happening and the best way to treat the problem. Julian always reviewed by progress on each visit. I know my problem will never be completely solved, however I feel I have an understanding and the tools to make my life easier. My only suggestion would be to issue diagrams of the exercises or some sort of description. All the staff were polite and very helpful. Many thanks
