Felicity and previous physio are understanding and appear to have an empathy as to how long term pain can affect you. The exercises given are helpful and have been helping to increase my mobility in my disc/lower back. Very knowledgeable. Booking appointments - frequent absence of persons able to book whilst at appointment. Cover would be good, training person on two systems to enable each clinic to function.

Started at physio with severe back pain. Saw Mark the physio who was excellent and very understanding. Gave me confidence that my back pain would improve. Outstanding service from Mark the physio. Now seeing Bev for exercises. Wonderful calming approach to patient and gave excellent explanation to the exercises and why to do them. Wonderful department. Friendly and helpful.

The physiotherapist listened to me and was encouraging. I am going to the gym X3 weekly for 20 minute approximately each time. I also go swimming, what I can carry on doing. She was careful to give me exercises that would not flare up my fibromyalgia.

Time is made available to talk things through thoroughly. Seems to be no rush to get you out of the family. Exercises are mutually agreed so no pressure to commit to things you can't realistically do. At this point I am perfectly happy with care provided.
