Laura and Beverlyn were extremely helpful and supportive - very keen and active in ensuring they understood my problem.
Laura explained my condition, following careful assessment in a clear way, answered all questions over and again - she has endless patience. The information enabled me to follow the exercise programme to its fullest extent and helped me through the inevitable low points. Beverly prescribed additional exercise building on previous ones - exercises I could do daily to add to my x2 weekly gym sessions and which were brilliant.

I feel listened to and staff always helpful and friendly. I would like continuous treatment at the moment I can only have a few treatments and then have to reapply each time which is very frustration when you have a long term condition.

Friendly staff from reception to physio. Feel relaxed with my physio (Tony) who is friendly, listens and advises.
