I was put at ease and seen to straight away, Roger the physiotherapist gave me some good advice and gave me exercises to do for my back . It's great to be seen at my local hospital especially as i don't drive .

I found it a very pleasant experience,
The poem I saw was called Rachael who listened carefully to what I had to say.
She explained clearly the exercises I could do on my own at home.
I did not come across anything that needed improving.

All aspects of the care were carefully explained in a way I understood. Very helpful.

Very thorough.
Tried lots of exercise to see what would suit my condition the best, then came up with a plan to improve my hip.
