They were kind and the exercises that I got given problem.
There could of been more sessions in the gym for physio.

Staff listened to issues causing the pain/discomfort.
Explain fully the probable causes of pain and fully outlined course of treatment.
Good follow-up appointment scheduled to ensure continued improvement.
Nothing of not to improve care really.
Roger was very friendly but professional.

Speed of access to physio therapy through NHS.
After seeing Roger on my second visit the exercises he gone me made a significant improvement, I also adjusted my office workstation as if was an major part of the problem.
