My physiotherapist (Sunny) listened to me regarding my situation, she explained what was causing my problems and recommended the relevant exercises. Sunny showed interest in my MRI results and suggested more exercises.
The only improvement would have been not waiting so long for my first appointment.

My care was very good from both the physio and those on reception. It seems the tech was letting them down.
