I came feeling very pessimistic about my long term treatment unable to end the night at the end of the tunnel, but Sam Berry lifted my spirits each session, gave me excellent advice, do-able exercises and really encouraged me to keep with her programme - I looked forward to each session and was delighted with the progress we made together. I also appreciated the warm welcome that I received from Linda, the "receptionist" each time. I felt I was amongst friends. Thank you!
