My physio, Margaret was always cheerful, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt in safe hands. However I never got into my appointment on time waiting between 15 + 45 mins every time. I also found that often the computer system was malfunctioning causing delays at the desk. It felt a shame that the system(s) somehow isn't supporting good clinicians well enough.
