I have ILO. This causes me anxiety and interferes with my everyday life . Staying healthy and fit is often difficult at times for me to maintain when my larynx is in spasm as I can not push myself as hard as I would like to but I try to remain focused and positive .
Suggested improvements
Maybe provide a new reflex hammer for the physio therapy department of st cross.
